We are proud to present The Beach Palms Carlsbad, a luxury vacation rental property. Currently operating and permitted as a vacation rental property, the potential buyer can continue to reap the increased revenue from the vacation rental business or convert it back to long-term luxury furnished apartments and/or corporate rentals. The owners completely renovated the interiors and common area with the latest luxurious amenities that guests come to expect. They also transformed the large courtyard into a tropical oasis where guests can go to unwind and relax, have a BBQ or spend time with friends and family. Located across the street from pristine Carlsbad Beach. Walking distance to fine dining, shopping, galleries, and entertainment in Carlsbad Village. The property has two 2-story low-rise buildings that include a total of 8 units. The South building has six 2- bedroom units, and the north building has one 1-bedroom unit and one 3-bedroom unit. A laundry room is located inside the courtyard, equipped with two complimentary washers/dryers and laundry detergent. No expense was spared on the total renovation of this property. It will be sold with all the furnishings and electronics. In addition, the rear carport and attached office could be rebuilt as an ADU, whereby a 9th unit could be added above the carport, entering through the current office, which would be reduced in size to support the stairs.
